Return Guidelines:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments or shapewear that have been tried on directly against the skin

How to Return:

• Contact our customer service team at boobsandbody@outlook.com to initiate a return and receive a return authorization number. 

• Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided return label or your preferred shipping method. We highly recommend using something that has a tracking number. Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. 

• Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account. 

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return   your item for a refund and place a new order.
